Returns
All jewellery pieces are handcrafted individually after an order is placed.
For this reason, returns or exchanges due to a change of mind are not possible.
Returns can only be accepted for a valid and justified reason and exclusively if the jewellery is unworn and returned in its original packaging. Otherwise, we are unable to accept the return.
Statutory warranty claims apply only to defects that were already present at the time of
delivery.
Damage resulting from wear, external impact or normal wear and tear is not covered by warranty.
Please note that return shipping costs are not covered and must be borne by the customer.
Care & Handling
Our jewellery is delicately handcrafted.
To avoid damage, we recommend:
removing jewellery before sleeping, exercising or changing clothes
avoiding contact with water, perfume, hairspray or cosmetics
storing jewellery individually and without tension
Damage resulting from improper use or external influence does not constitute a warranty claim.
FAQ
Why are returns not possible?
Our jewellery pieces are individually handcrafted after an order is placed.
For this reason, returns, without a valid cause cannot be accepted.
What applies if a jewellery piece is damaged?
Statutory warranty provisions apply.
A warranty claim exists exclusively for defects that were already present at the time of delivery.
Does damage after wearing fall under warranty?
No. Damage that occurs after wearing – for example due to pulling, external impact or normal wear and tear – does not constitute a warranty case.
What happens if a jewellery piece has been worn?
If a jewellery piece has been worn, this is considered an indication that it was delivered free of defects.
Do you offer repairs?
Yes. Repairs that do not fall under statutory warranty can be carried out against payment, provided they are technically feasible.
Are there any exceptions or goodwill solutions?
Goodwill solutions may be considered on a case-by-case basis but are provided without recognition of any legal obligation.
